Steve at Ultimate Auto Glass was great. He was knowledgeable, forthright, reassuring and responsive to all my questions and concerns. He can do both OEM and aftermarket windshield replacement on most vehicles, and any necessary calibration. He also has a lot of experience working with insurance companies. I decided not to replace my windshield at this time because the crack is down by the wipers and not easily visible, but if the crack moves up into the viewing area, I'll have Ultimate Auto Glass replace it. Thank you Steve for educating me on the whole process.

Ultimate Auto Glass did a great job on the initial windshield replacement! Beyond that, there have been some issues with the intermittent wiper functions. They have gone above and beyond to try and help to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!
